How an insurance claim works with us

Step one — call us or submit the form below with your claim number and insurer. Step two — we attend on-site, document the damage with date-stamped photos, write the assessment report and email a like-for-like quote direct to the assessor or to you to forward. Step three — once the claim is approved we order parts and book the install. Most residential door claims are turned around in 1–3 weeks depending on panel availability and the colour match.

If your door is stuck open or insecure right now we can do an emergency make-safe under your policy's emergency provisions while the full claim is processed — most policies cover this.
