CentSys repairs and parts

Common CentSys repairs: control board failure after lightning, dead 12V backup batteries (12–18 month service life in Toowoomba heat), worn drive gears on D5 Evo, snapped rack teeth, failed obstacle sensors and Polo remote re-pairing. Every truck carries the common spares.

Installation — what to expect

A new CentSys D5 Evo install on an existing sliding gate takes a half day: bolt on the operator, fit the toothed rack, install the limit magnets, run power, mount the safety beams, programme the control board to the gate length, pair the remotes. A full new-gate-plus-motor install is a one or two day job depending on civil works.

Servicing schedule

CentSys gate motors need an annual service. Our $185 covers rack and pinion inspection, drive gear lubrication, battery health and replacement at 12–18 months, control board diagnostics, obstacle sensor calibration, limit verification and remote test.

Warranty cover

CentSys motors carry a 24-month manufacturer warranty, separate cover on control board and battery. Our lifetime workmanship warranty on top. Warranty claims handled direct with the Australian distributor on your behalf.
