Response times and what we charge

Inside the Toowoomba metro and Highfields we're usually on-site within 60–90 minutes after-hours. Ipswich, Gatton, Oakey and Dalby sit in the 90–150 minute window depending on the time and weather. After-hours emergency callouts carry a flat surcharge over the standard service rate — we'll quote the all-in on the phone before we leave so there are no surprises on the invoice.
